The triennial event will be held in Rockhampton from May 2-8, showcasing the best beef, leadership and innovation in the industry, and promoting Australian beef internationally.

Members tickets went on sale previously but as of Monday, February 1, general tickets have become available.

Tickets and a program of events can be accessed on the official Beef Australia website.

Ticket prices for the various events range from $30 for the lead stud cattle gathering on the opening Sunday to $300 for the Gala Ball.

BEEF 2021 CEO Ian Mill said the event will be returning this year on a full scale, despite the organising challenges posed by the pandemic.

“We had a lot of support to get this point and our board are very committed to this event,” Mr Mill said.

“It’s the biggest event of its type on the Southern Hemisphere. We’ve got more cattle here than at the Ekka. It’s the most exciting industry to be a part of.”
